Expedition & motorhome vehicles
Bespoke vehicles for where the road ends and the grid does not reach
A widened and lifted 4×4 chassis, stainless underbody protection, air suspension and an interior we build ourselves from the first sheet to the last seam. A vehicle that survives the terrain and wants for nothing inside.
A chassis that takes the terrain
Van chassis — most often a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter — widened to 2.4 m (7 ft 10 in) including the axle and lifted by 200 mm (7.9 in). A stainless frame protects the underside and is the lowest point of the vehicle. Air suspension, a winch in the bumper, roof racks rated for six-metre stock, 900 mm (35 in) of wading depth.
All of it load-calculated and approved; the axle spacers are our own design, developed and tested to pass.
An interior we do not subcontract
Powered leather seats homologated to EU standards, wood, a bar, smart TVs, tablet control. Solar panels, batteries and independent heating for days off grid. Switchable glass, a partition and anti-eavesdropping when privacy is the brief.
Who it is for
Clients who want one specific vehicle rather than a catalogue option. Most builds go to private owners; we also supply the bare platform to companies for work in rough terrain. Everything is built in our own workshop in Prague, Czechia — made in Europe, delivered worldwide.
Consultation
Let's talk about
your project
Come with an idea, leave with a proposal. We will walk through it in the workshop itself, among the vehicles being built — two hours from most European capitals, a direct flight from the US east coast. We will tell you straight away what works, what does not — and what it means for approval.
The workshop where they are built
A tour of the workshop can be part of the consultation. By arrangement we will show you vehicles under construction — the structure a finished one hides.
